Stephanie Wiebe, Founder and Managing Director

Stephanie Wiebe has a degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary and has been working in the Recruitment Industry since 2008. She has a passion for building relationships and becoming someone her clients can trust for any task, big or small. Stephanie has a background in recruiting for various industries, including Construction, Oil and Gas, and the Medical Industry. She has experience working as an in-house Recruiter, Human Resources Generalist, as well as running her own 360 recruitment desk within an agency setting. Stephanie has worked with all sizes of companies and understands the unique challenges each can face. Stephanie truly believes that a company is only as good as its employees, and thus, her ultimate goal is to help companies be the best that they can be, starting from the ground up.

Garrett Wiebe, Managing Director

With seventeen years of experience working directly in the oil and gas industry, Garrett is well-versed in upstream, midstream and downstream operations. His strong technical acumen and his ability to collaborate with stakeholders to find gaps have made him proficient in aiding organizations to optimize processes, cut costs, and increase profits. Garrett is a people person who prides himself on being a good judge of character and has the keen skill of seeing things from a unique perspective, and coming up with creative, out-of-the-box solutions. Garrett strives to help build up organizations from both an economic and cultural viewpoint, with talent you can trust.
